Mr. G.S. Gangadhar Acharya, a proud son of Muniyalu village in Karkala Taluk, has brought laurels to coastal Karnataka by securing a top leadership position in the infrastructure sector.
Mr. Acharya is currently serving as Senior Manager (Mechanical) – Operation & Maintenance- Pan India Projects, at Vishal Infrastructure Limited (VIL), Basavanagudi, Bengaluru – one of nation’s leading infrastructure development companies , executing multi-crore projects like International Airports , Domestic Airports , Airforce Runways, Military Engineering Projects, DRDO Projects, Smart City Railway Stations , National Highways and Special purpose building projects across India.
From a humble village background, through sheer hard work, technical expertise and dedication, he now shoulders the responsibility of managing critical operations nationwide.
Mr. Acharya completed his Automobile Engineering at Karnataka Polytechnic, Mangaluru (KPT)* and stayed at BCM govt. Hostel, Ashok Nagar, during his college days.
Later on in his professional life he studied MBA in Human Resources, in Sikkim Manipal University at Wisdom Institute, Dubai UAE.

He is a true Role Model for the youth of Muniyalu and Karkala, who has retained the culture and humility of his village even in the corporate world.
